I am an Assistant Professor of Nutrition within the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Vermont. My lab, the RAMP Lab, broadly studies how different lifestyle factors influence metabolic health. Our projects range from basic approaches to understanding mechanisms of disease to creating nutrient-rich and sustainable food products.
